Head Lifeguard: The Head Guard will primarily perform the duties of a Lifeguard. The Head Guard will assume the role of the senior staff on duty when a manager is not present. This position will be paid hourly. Applicants should hold current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid, or be able to have these current by opening weekend. All Head Lifeguards must be high school graduates or graduating from high school in May/June of 2020.
Lifeguard: Applicants should hold current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid, or be able to have these current by opening weekend. Wisconsin State Law now allows 15 year olds to be lifeguards upon completion of the Red Cross Lifeguarding Course.
Instructors: This position teaches swimming or diving lessons. It can be combined with one of our other positions as well. Applicants should hold current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid, or be able to have these current by opening weekend.
Front Desk/Concessions: This position requires that applicants have completed 8th grade by the end of the current school year and will be entering as High School Freshman in the fall.
Tennis Instructor: This position teaches tennis lessons. It can be combined with one of our other positions as well.
Swim/Dive Team Coach: This position coaches our swim and dive teams. Our swim and dive teams compete in the All City Swim & Dive League. The season runs from late May until the end of July. It can be combined with one of our other positions as well.

Once you are hired, we’ll need from you:
- W4 – all paid employees, you will get this at clean up day and it will be due on your in-service day. You will need your social security number for this form
- Background Check – Employees 18 and older must fill out before they are allowed to work a scheduled shift. These will be available at the pool.
- If you have not been employed by Seminole in the past and are under 16, you must bring a completed Work Permit to the pool before you may work a shift. The Work Permit is issued by your school or district office. Processing time is usually a week, so plan ahead. We will refund the $10 processing fee to you. Please see the State of Wisconsin website for information on how to obtain a Work Permit.
