Remember Me

The best part of joining Seminole pool is being part of a community that plays, laughs and … oh yeah … swims together. The primary membership benefit: the people. Beyond that, you’ll get (click on each tab to read more):

We teach swim lessons levels 1-6. Additionally we offer a parent-and-child lesson for children under the age of 3. We have multiple sessions of lessons each summer, with each session lasting two or three weeks depending on the summer calendar. Lessons are taught in the mornings (10:30- 1:30) and in the evenings (5-6:30) Monday through Thursday. Levels 1 through level 3 are 30 minutes and levels 4 through 6 are 45 minutes.

Dive lessons are taught on the same schedule as swim lessons (Monday through Thursday). Dive lessons are offered in the morning from 10:30-12 and are 30 minutes long. Seminole offers three different levels of dive instruction: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

We have 3 full-size, lit tennis courts available to members during times that leagues and lessons are not happening.

Seminole offers a wide variety of tennis lessons and league play for children through adults. Lessons include Pee-Wee (4 to 6 years old), beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, advanced intermediate, advanced intensive drills and competitive play, late night extreme tennis and interclub match play. Lessons and play time range from a half-hour to two hours.

Seminole offers a Masters Swim program to its members.   We have experienced coaches on deck during the sessions.  So, whatever your motivation to swim—triathlon training, open water swim races, or just staying healthy and fit—why not add some structure to your training sessions. Our Masters Swim program could be precisely the boost you need.

The Seminole Sharks swim team participates in the Madison All-City League. The team practices in the morning during the week and competes at various pools around Madison on Saturday mornings. The team strives to provide quality competitive practices that result in positive and educational competitive experiences, personal development, teamwork, self-discipline and memories. The minimum requirement for joining the team is to be able to swim one length of the pool safely.

Seminole dive team also participates in the Madison All-City League. The team practices in the afternoons during the week and travels to other pools in the city for Friday evening competitions.

Our creative geniuses inspire kids to splash their way through classics from Broadway, movies and TV. Weekly practices build toward a free performance in mid-summer.

Recruiting Members

Seminole members get a direct benefit for bringing in new members. Each new membership helps us make new improvements to the pool. This year, we’re looking to top 400 members!

Current members receive $50 for every new member brought in. Just have the new members add your name to their membership application. We accept only one family name per application, so if you brought a new member in with another current family, just split the referral payback once you receive it.

The best part of all: we have no limit on the number of referral paybacks you can earn.

How to bring in members?

  • Talk to them about all the benefits of joining the pool
  • Bring them to our Annual Open House
  • Use a guest pass to bring people for a hot day at cool Seminole
