Membership Rates & Fees for 2026
Membership Initiation Fee
Seminole Pool & Tennis Club is a volunteer-run, private membership organization. To join as a member, families must pay a one-time, non-refundable initiation fee of $650 in their first year.
Annual Dues
In addition to the Initiation Fee, all members pay annual dues each year. The dues structure for 2026 is shown below.

*Senior Discount (new this year): Individual and Couple Memberships only – ages 65+ qualify for 25% off membership dues. For Couples Memberships, both members must be 65 or older to receive the discount. Please contact our Membership Chair, membership@seminolepool.org, to apply discount before renewal payment.
Capital Assessment
All Seminole Pool members are subject to a non-refundable, three-year capital improvement assessment to support ongoing maintenance, facility improvements, and a future new facility.
- The assessment is $350 per year for three years and is due at membership renewal.
- New members will begin paying the assessment in their second year of membership.
- Tennis-Only memberships are exempt from this fee.
Payment
All payments are completed through our Member Splash website. Payment is due upon registration. Returning members who renew prior to February 28th will receive 5 free guest passes.
